Hi, I would like to first introduce myself but also I choose to remain anonymous as I do and will get very personal with you guys, I am a 31 year old mom of 5 who currently lives in Florida, I am married and have been married since 2022, My son who is 2 and half was diagnosed with Cloves syndrome in 2023 when he was born and my 4 year old daughter was recently diagnosed with CLN6 BATTENS DISEASE on Jan 13th, I decided to create this blog so i can express myself and express the struggles and challenges I face on a daily due to these circumstances and real life issues,

THE START OF IT ALL

I would like to start of by giving a background of myself, I was born and raised in Upstate NY but moved to Florida in 2022, I have three children from previous relationships who are 16,8 and 6 who are atypical children with no medical issues, I met my husband in 2020 when my 3rd child was only 4 months old and hes been her father since, We then welcomed a daughter of our own in Jan 2022 and she was a beautiful blessing, She was born healthy and met all milestones, We then had our son in July 2023 and when he was born he had many difficult challenges and issue, He spent 7 weeks in NICU where he had genetic testing and was diagnosed with CLOVES SYNDROME, which is a PIK3CA gene mutation OVERGROWTH syndrome.
